OPT-IN CUSTOMER DATA:
When a user opt-in for a special promo offer or competition, their information will be held on file. The following outlines the information that we collect & the reasons that we collect this information.-
The website collection users Name, Email Address, Interests, The marketing channel/specific advert that the user came from, IP Address, Date and Time the user joined/updated their information.

Name: we collect the users name so that we can make the user experience more personal and friendly.

Email: we collect the users email address so that we can send requested information, content related to topics of interest and offers that could be of interest to them.

Interests: we collect the users interests during SOME opt-in processes so that we can send the user content that is the most relevant to them. We continue to update the users interest based on POLLs and actions steps that they take whilst interacting with our website and emails. The more we can understand about the users interest, the more relevant we can make the content to match their needs.

The marketing channel/specific advert that the user came from: we collect the marketing channel s that we can improve our marketing efforts. Once we understand how the users are discovering our website it allows us to focus our marketing efforts to attract more likeminded consumers. This data also gives us an idea where we should be spending our marketing budget and where we should stop spending budget.

IP Address: we collect the users name so that we can improve the security of the website. If we see repeat attempts at hackers attempting to access the website via a specific IP address, we can then BLOCK that IP from accessing the website.
- Date and Time: we collect the data and time the user joined incase there are any questions from the user regarding the information stored. The date and time can act as a reference point in some cases.
PAYING CUSTOMER DATA:
When a user purchases one of our products we will collect more information to be able to prove a better service, send the user new offers, VIP emails and to be able to send the user products via the post when required.-
We collect the same information as above (OPT-IN CUSTOMER DATA), plus the users Phone Number, Address.

Phone Number: we collect the users phone number so that we can send notification texts to the user regarding their account password and critical information. We shall use the number when calling the user regarding a Scheduled Coaching call.

Address: we collect the users address so that we can send the user their products and subscribed for publications in the post.
- Payment Card Details: We do NOT hold your card details, all card details are held with our payment provider STRIPE. STRIPE are an online banking service who deal with all of our secure transactions.
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL DATA:
When a user uploads a testimonial for us to use within our marketing promotions, we store their information along with the testimonial to prove it’s validity.-
We collect the users full name, email address, website url, testimonial, location (if provided), image (if provided), video (if provided)

CUSTOMER WEBSITE COMMENTS DATA:
When a user makes a comment on the website blog posts OR product pages, the comments are handled using Facebook’s comments plugin. We do not hold the comments on our server.HOW WE STORE DATA:
